Kelly Clarkson was an American musician and singer who became the American sweetheart after she was crowned American Idol in the first season. The win not only catapulted her to fame however, it also secured her a multi-album recording contract together with RCA Records 19 Recordings and 'S Records. Since then, she's released a number recordings from her studio. In these albums three of them made it to the US Billboard 200 Chart while other albums were two centimeters from. They consider her to be one of the most successful American Idol artists. She tried her hand at popularity with various themes and musical style, and often wrote the songs herself. As a tribute to her talent and uniqueness, she has received lots of praise and awards. The most notable accomplishment was that she received 3 Grammy awards. In addition to her musical profession, she has also had a stint in TV and film. River Rose and the Magical Lullaby is a children's story written by her.
