Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British musician and a singer. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. His parents are Des Styles and Anne Cox. The couple were born on the 1st day of February, 1994, in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive, and with his three classmates, formed a musical band called White Eskimo. Their outstanding performances allowed them to take home their first Battle of Bands 2009. The musician always had an interest in music. However, he would like to work as a lawyer or physical therapy. When he worked in the city's bakery Harry Styles could afford to feed his family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the auditions of 2010 to The X Factor. The reason for this was the band split up. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury participant on The X Factor suggested Harry Styles join a band called One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to create the group in 2010. The group sang the Kelly Clarkson song My Life Would Be Sucky without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart at the time of the contest. This helped them become one of the frontrunners to win the contest. However, they finished third position behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't place, but Cowell did pay two million dollars to One Direction for them to sign a deal with Syco.
