Meagan Monique Good was born on the 8th, 1981 in Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle. Her mother served as her manager throughout her teens and her father Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. She began her acting career at age four. She grew up in Canyon Country, California with three of her siblings. When she was in the beginning stages of her career, she performed as an actor on TV shows like Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. At 13 years old, she was cast in her debut film Friday. In 1997 she gained attention for her character in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste an unruly teenager. The film earned her the first N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award nominee. Good took small film roles as well as television roles in the past few years, before transitioning to more mature roles. The actress starred as Nina in Cousin Skeeter a Nickelodeon T.V.
