Torrie Wilson

Torrie Anne Wilson, born July 24 1975 is an American former professional wrestler. Her most notable accomplishments are in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), formerly the World Wrestling Federation. In 1999, Wilson won Miss Galaxy. [1][8] Soon after her victory, she was hired by World Championship Wrestling. She remained with the organization between 1999 and 2000. [2][7][8] In 2001 she began to appear on World Wrestling Federation's (WWF) in the form of The Invasion, a storyline which was based upon the [then-] WWF storyline. [5] Her most high-profile storylines occurred in 2002 when she battled with Dawn Marie,[5] and 2003, when she feuded with Sable. Wilson has also been a member of the all-female stable (i.e. it's a collection of characters who are storyline-related) that was known as Vince's Devils, which was canceled in 2006.Aside of pro-wrestling, Wilson has been on the cover of a variety of magazines which include FHM and Playboy (which Wilson posed for twice, with one featuring both Wilson and Sable).Wilson was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2019 and her first time in wrestling came when she attended a World Championship Wrestling (WCW) show with her boyfriend back in 1999. [7][8][9] After going backstage, she was asked to leave the ring with Scott Steiner. Seven Kevin Nash expressed interest in creating a storyline with her later. Her first appearance was on the episode of Nitro, February 8, 1999 (later changed to "Samantha") The plot revealed that Wilson was lured into the company of David Flair by the New World Order. They appeared together on February 21st at SuperBrawl IX when Wilson slapped Ric in the face, and David zapped his face with a taser. [15] After Ric took home the WCW World Heavyweight Championship from Hollywood Hogan at Uncensored inside an Barbed Wire Steel Cage match, David and Wilson took their time off from WCW television in April prior to returning in May to join David to the ring for matches. At the 1999 Bash at the Beach, Wilson served as the valet for Flair while he successfully defended the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Dean Malenko.
